Luminocity Atlanta’s world premiere light-based parade spectacle will take place on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 7 p.m. starting at the historic Downtown Atlanta Woodruff Park with Hinterland, a new creation by gloATL starring Big Boi.

The progressive, migrating work combines light, technology, dance, music, aerial, and theatrical design to create an explosion of Utopian confetti, breathtaking visuals, and dynamic movement.

The free to the public event will feature a cast of unique, illuminated characters and music that will incorporate a myriad of sounds and cultural rhythms, completed by the performance of world-renowned artist Antwan “Big Boi” Patton as the “RingMiester”.  Big Boi will perform several works, including music from his critically acclaimed new album “Sir Luscious Leftfoot and the Son of Chico Dusty” followed by a parade procession along Peachtree Street with a performance finale on Baker Street near The World of Coca-Cola.
